CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
